Janet Jacksonis promoting a conspiracy idea about Kamala Harris‘ race … repeating allegations Donald Trump made about the vice president a few months ago — claiming she is not black.
The music legend sat down for a chat with The Guardianpublished Friday night, when the interviewer asked her about the upcoming election and how she felt about the possibility of having a black woman in the White House.
In response, JJ responds that he heard that KH isn’t actually black… and instead, she’s Indian — a statement DJT made during a disastrous exchange at the National Association of Black Journalists Annual Conference in July.
When the interviewer tells Janet that Kamala is actually black and Indian, she goes a step further… including, “Her father is white. That’s what I’ve been told. I mean, I haven’t watched the news in a few days. They told me they found out her father was white.”
JJ goes on to say that she believes there will likely be chaos regardless of who leads the White House… implying that she doesn’t see a peaceful transition of power coming into this election.

When you don’t remember… again in July, Trump told a group of reporters that Harris “became black” for political gain — claiming she had focused solely on her Native American heritage until then.
The remark generated controversy… with many criticizing it as ignorant — while different celebrities as Lil Bomb supported Trump’s statement.

It’s worth noting… Harris’s father is a famous Jamaican-American economist, and Harris identifies as black — it’s unclear where Jackson heard the rumor that her father is white.
We reached out to Jackson for clarification… so far, no word again.
