12:16 PM PT — Federal prosecutors fired back again, responding in court documents that state Diddy It’s simply too dangerous to walk the streets — no matter what the rap mogul’s lawyers say or do.
Because prosecutors level… Diddy has repeatedly obstructed justice throughout the investigation — not to mention, remains an alleged flight threat. They claim Diddy is capable of coercing witnesses to comply with his requests.
Additionally, they expressed concerns that Diddy could take medication or have his so-called “bizarre events” if he were released on bail… despite the rapper’s promise that he wouldn’t have any female guests.
Diddy is trying to get out on bail again and is upping his offer to the court — declaring he will have no contact with nearly all of the women while he’s out.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s authorized team says that if he is released on bail, the security company that keeps a log of all visitors to his Miami Seaside residence will turn over those logs to the federal government every night so that it is completely clear who Diddy is contacting. They also say that Diddy will restrict all visitors to family, property caretakers and associates who are not co-conspirators in the federal indictment.
In particular, they’re saying Diddy will limit female guests… with the only exceptions being relatives or mothers of his children.
Clearly, Diddy and his attorneys are trying to address the court’s concerns that he will contact or intimidate witnesses.
Additionally, Diddy also states in the documents that he will have no contact with recognized grand jury witnesses — and also agrees to take weekly drug tests.
Drug use is a central part of the indictment that alleges his “Freak Off” sexual events were fueled by cocaine, ketamine, GHB, MDMA (Ecstasy) and different narcotics — plus, the feds say medicine discovered in his New York hotel room when he was arrested on Monday.
Diddy’s cash supply remains the same in the new bail package — $50 million, secured by his Miami mansion and his mother’s residence.
As we reported, Diddy was remanded in custody following yesterday’s hearing and is now being held at MDC Brooklynwhere he will remain until trial — until the new judge grants him bail.
