The Stallones are heading to the Hamptons!
Sylvester Stallone is under contract to buy his three daughters — Sophia, 28, Sistine, 26, and Scarlet, 22 — a $24.95 million East Hampton mansion, The Post reported Thursday.
The “Rocky” star reportedly provided all of the money for the eight-bedroom residence, which boasts nearly 12,000 square feet of living space and sits on several acres of land.
While the contract is nearly finalized, the sale has not yet been completed, meaning it is unclear whether Stallone has closed a deal for the new build.
Sly, who currently lives in a $35 million mansion in Palm Seashore, Florida, made an offer on the property after two video tours in response to the report. However, he has never seen it in person.
The nine-bathroom residence is spread over three floors and is just a mile from the beach.
The mansion was designed by award-winning interior designer James Michael Howard and is “influenced by classical structure” and its Southern style.
“Every element, from furniture to rugs, drapes and lighting, which includes antiques from around the world, was meticulously chosen for this spectacular estate residence,” which comes fully furnished, according to its listing.
Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a double-height foyer and a dramatic staircase. The beautiful flooring was finished by artisans brought in from the South, according to The Post.
The sun-drenched home opens onto a “beautiful room adorned by the meticulous touch of a world-renowned decorator,” the listing states.
Custom arches add a touch of class and architectural style, blending modern and classic styles.
Howard added touches of jewel tones to nearly every room while still maintaining the airy, coastal style of the Hamptons.
The chef’s kitchen features state-of-the-art appliances, brass hardware and marble countertops, plus a blue breakfast nook near the windows.
The eight bedrooms are spread across all three levels of the house and are easily accessible by elevator.
The spacious lower level includes a recreation house complete with pool table, movie theater and plenty of space for friends.
Other selling points include multiple wood-burning fireplaces, a foyer with radiant heating, a two-car garage and antiques dating back to the 18th century.
The exterior of the mansion is painted white, with fully trimmed hedges lining the property.
Being in the Hamptons, the open-air home was a significant selling point—with a large heated gunite pool, a nonchalant pool house, a covered entertainment house, an outdoor shower, and a sprawling garden.
Before the home’s impending sale, it was rented for a whopping $1.4 million over the summer.
Sylvester’s two oldest daughters, whom he has with wife Jennifer Flavin, recently moved from the West Coast to New York, where they were featured in the second season of the Paramount+ reality series “The Family Stallone.”
Meanwhile, his youngest daughter studies at the University of Miami.
The “Expendables” star is also believed to be the father of sons Sage and Seargeoh, 45, with ex-wife Sasha Czack. Sage died of a heart attack in 2012 at the age of 36.
