Litigation for rapetheft and violation of the Law on the Protection of Individuals against the Processing of Personal Data was filed in Thessalonikiunder the automatic procedure, against a 43-year-old Greek and a 33-year-old foreigner.
They were located and detained by police officers from the Anti-Trafficking Department of the Organized Crime and Human Trafficking Sub-Directorate of the Thessaloniki Local Security Directorate and by a team of patrol vehicles from the Direct Action Directorate.
According to her THEYwas preceded by a complaint from a 23-year-old Greek man, according to which the two men in question, together with their accomplice, on Friday night, using violence, forced him to enter a ground floor apartment in the Menemeni area, where, against his will, they successively performed sexual acts on him, which they filmed and published on the Internet.
They then took a cell phone, bank card, wristwatch, a laptop and a sum of cash.
The 23-year-old was taken to a city hospital to be examined by a forensic doctor, while all necessary steps were taken to send evidence to the Criminal Investigations Directorate for laboratory tests.
The prisoners will be forwarded to the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office.
