Leasing is becoming increasingly popular in the national automotive market based on consumers’ growing mobility needs, as it allows the use of technologically advanced, safe and “greener” vehicles, with the total costs being shared.
The new reality led to the creation of BMW Hellas Leasing, announced jointly by BMW Group Hellas and BMW Group Financial Services.
Andreas Modlmayer, CEO of BMW Group Financial Services Hellas, characteristically said: “The popularity of leasing is growing exponentially across Europe and Greece is no exception. More and more customers are looking for flexible and digitally sophisticated leasing solutions. Our decision to create a new company comes at the right time to respond immediately to the evolving needs of our customers.”
In turn, Christopher Puth, CEO of BMW Group Hellas,He said: “We put the customer at the centre and want to maintain our strong performance and growth momentum in the coming years. We are focusing on a more flexible and innovative development model that responds to the diverse needs of customers, which can range from owning a vehicle to leasing or even other forms of car use.”
As highlighted at the relevant presentation event of the new company, the provision of digital solutions, the creation of an integrated service package and the use of the customer-centric ecosystem of the BMW Group are at the heart of the activities of the new Leasing company. In particular, the provision of digital services is considered particularly important, as leasing customers demand a modern, time-saving service. Digital features such as access to BMW Group apps, the customer portal and speed of processes make things easier for customers and improve their overall experience.
The second axis is the development of premium services for BMW Group customers. These include individual vehicle configuration, a complete maintenance package from BMW, MINI and Motorrad Authorised Repairers, and the provision of an exclusive BMW Group replacement car. In addition, at the end of the leasing contract, customers benefit from the possibility of direct communication with BMW Group Hellas Leasing executives to easily renew their contract and easily switch to the next new model.
The third important axis of the new company is the customer-centric ecosystem of the BMW Group. BMW Group Hellas Leasing, in collaboration with BMW Group Hellas and the BMW, MINI and Motorrad Official Dealer Network, aims to create the framework for customers to enjoy unparalleled quality on every journey. This integrated approach includes unique services that increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and long-term customer relationships, while creating value beyond the lease agreement.
End, the transition to premium and sustainable mobility with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions and noise pollution requires more information and guidance. This new leasing company is expected to be instrumental in the transition of customers to electric vehicles, supporting a more sustainable and environmentally responsible mobility model.
