Sean KingstonMom’s is breathing the fresh Florida air once again – after spending four days behind bars, she was rescued following her arrest in the raid on Sean’s home.
Janice Turner was arrested a few hours before Sean during a Broward County sheriff’s raid Thursday at the singer’s Florida home. As we reported… Janice was Taken into custody on a fraud and theft warrant.
According to court records, the 61-year-old faces eight charges, as well as running an organized scheme of fraud, theft and identity theft. After posting her bail on Friday, she posted a $160,000 bond to secure her release. The Broward County Jail tells us she was released on Sunday around 5:54 p.m.

In fact, his son would also be arrested on Thursday – with the same warrant – a few hours later, and on the other coast. Sean played a show in Fort Irwin, CA, and authorities arrested him immediately afterwards. He spent the entire weekend in the San Bernardino County Jail and faces extradition on Tuesday… before being sent back to Florida.

If Janice – who was previously convicted in 2005 of bank fraud – is returning to Sean’s house in Southwest Ranches, Florida, she will feel a little empty because of the operation. TMZ received the first photos inside the houseshowing some of the products confiscated by the police…along with a huge LED TV screen, which costs US$150,000.
Law enforcement officials allege that over a six-month period, Sean and his mother stole nearly $500,000 worth of jewelry, more than $200,000 from Bank of America, $160,000 from a car dealer, $100,000 from First Republic Bank and up to $86,000 for a custom mattress.
