Illia “Golem” Yefimchyk — known to many as “The Mutant” and nicknamed the “Most Monstrous Bodybuilder” — sadly died after a heart attack.
According to local media in Belarus, “Golem” suffered a heart attack on September 6 while at home with his wife, who tried everything to save her husband… performing chest compressions while waiting for first responders to arrive.
Yemfimchyk was airlifted to hospital, where he fell into a coma. His death was confirmed on social media on Wednesday by @whoisthebestbb.
“I spent every day by his side, waiting, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain had died,” his wife said. Dwarf he said.

Weighing in at a whopping 156 kg, Yemfimchyk has reached great heights in his bodybuilding career… without competing professionally.
“Golem” has amassed over 300,000 followers on Instagram and has been very popular on social media.
He once bench-pressed 600 pounds, deadlifted 700 pounds, and squatted 700 pounds. Yemfimchyk also ate seven times a day, consuming ~16,500 calories, reportedly consisting of five pounds of steak and over 100 pieces of sushi.
He was 36 years old.
