On Wednesday, April 24, an Instagram post was shared to Brittish Williams’ Instagram Story. The featured post two photos originally shared by Instagram user @raquelrasha.
In the photos, Williams is seen posing in a gray two-piece sweatshirt. She also wears a watch on her right hand and white sneakers.
In the caption of the photos, Instagram user @raquelrasha wrote:

A Brief Recap of Former Reality Star’s Federal Fraud Case
As The Shadow Room Previously reported, Williams pleaded guilty to 15 federal crimes in May 2023, nearly two years after she was initially arrested and indicted.
At the time, Williams pleaded guilty to five counts of misuse of a Social Security number and four counts of bank fraud. Additionally, she also pleaded guilty to three counts of making false statements to the IRS and three counts of wire fraud, according to the United States Department of Justice.
After confessing, Williams shared a message about the matter.
In October 2023, Williams was sentenced to four years in federal prison, for The Shadow Room. However, the following month, the former ‘Basketball Wives’ star appealed the sentence.

Then, in early December, Williams also requested that a judge delay his prison release date from December 11, 2023, until after the Christmas holiday, for The Shadow Room. A few days later, a judge granted Williams’ request and set a new prison release date for January 3, 2024, per The Shadow Room.
However, on January 12, 2024, Williams was reportedly arrested for missing her prison release date, for The Shadow Room. In February, the former reality TV star was reportedly detained in a West Virginia prison.
