black Kodak Now you can put your recent drug possession case in your rear view mirror…the last significant charge in the case was dropped this week!!!
Court documents obtained by TMZ Hip Hop show that a judge just dismissed the remaining tampering charge against the Florida rapper – this after dismissing drug possession charges in February after Kodak showed he had a prescription for the drugs.
Bradford CohenKodak’s attorney told TMZ Hip Hop… “The court recognized the valid arguments that were presented to dismiss the last remaining count of this wrongful arrest. We are happy to see the case resolved and Kodak continue to have success in both the entertainment world and his philanthropic endeavors.”
The Broward County State’s Attorney’s Office also confirmed that the case is closed, in addition to a traffic ticket… for double parking.
As we previously reported, laboratory tests determined that the pills taken from Kodak were in fact oxycodone and showed a valid prescription for them.
Her new single, “Stressed Out,” is probably an apt description of her mood before receiving the good news.
