Diddy is desperate to speak to children, concerned for their well-being

Diddyisn’t in a good situation right now… stuck in the Special Housing Unit of a notoriously tough prison — but according to TMZ, his main concern is his kids.

Sources close to Diddy’s family tell TMZ… Diddy is doing well — given the circumstances — but he’s worried about his kids in his 10-by-8-foot cell, desperately wanting to talk to his kids.

We’re told those closest to him are trying to process the situation… but they all know they need to be strong for the sake of the children.

Diddy has seven children — Quincy, Justin, Christian “King”, Chancetwins D’Lila and Jessie and two years old Love.

While Quincy — who Diddy adopted during his relationship with the late Kim Porter — Justin, Christian and Chance are all legal adults, D’Lila, Jessie and Love are still just kids. Diddy’s remained close to their mothers in the best interest of the little ones.

As TMZ previously reported … D’Lila and Jessie — 17-year-old twins — are stay with a friend of his late mother Kim in Los Angeles while Diddy remains incarcerated, without bail define.

It’s unclear when Diddy will be able to contact his children… he is currently on suicide alert at MDC Brooklyn, where he has been following a strict routine since his arrest.

He gets one hour of playtime and three baths per week. We know his family and friends are allowed to visit him periodically… but it’s unclear how often he can call them.

TMZ got it exclusive video of his arrest …showing federal agents taking the rap mogul into custody at a posh Manhattan hotel. Prosecutors have charged him with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Justin and Christian came out to support their dad during his bail appeal hearing… watching as a judge denied his bail request, saying prosecutors proved he was a danger.
