Diddyis firing back at allegations of sexual misconduct … filing a response in one of the many civil lawsuits he’s facing, saying his alleged actions are time-barred — “making the statute of limitations expire years ago.”
Lawyers for rap mogul Dangerous Boy Leisure and Daddy’s Home Recording have sent a letter in response to Crystal McKinney…stating that claims under the Gender-Based Violence Victims’ Safety Legislation expired in 2010, seven years after McKinney alleged that Diddy assaulted her.
While his attorneys cited a local government ordinance that created a reopening period for claims, Diddy’s team says New York State Law takes precedence…and state law says it’s time for CM to make his claim.
The letter also argues that Dangerous Boy and Diddy’s other companies cannot be sued because they did not facilitate the alleged misconduct…so they cannot be held liable for it.
In case you missed it… McKinney archived his apology again in May — claiming she was invited to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York City, where she says she met Diddy and he invited her to his studio.

In the studio, Crystal says she drank Hennessy and smoked with Diddy and his crew… and felt like she was floating — and she claims the joint could have been spiked.
She says Diddy then took her into the bathroom and forced her to perform oral sex on him…after which she says she was banned from modeling — resulting in a suicide attempt the following year.
