Jake Paul not at all anxious about Mike Tyson‘s well-being is standing as much as his struggle… saying TMZ Sports Activities He’s so certain the wrestling legend will be in the ring in November that there’s no plan B.
We caught up with “El Gallo” less than two months before his big showdown in Dallas… and despite Iron Mike’s medical emergency who pressured them to postpone the fight from its original July date, he is sure everything is fine now.
“I have no concerns,” Paul instructed us. “He’s doing great. He’s tremendously healthy behind the scenes and feeling great.”
In fact, Paul, 27, has said that despite the large age gap with Tyson, 58, he will not fight again — and that he is looking for the knockout.
“A professional fight means battle and I don’t look at that impartially,” Paul added. “You’re going to take significant damage or get hurt in there. So for those of you who aren’t there to go to battle, you need to just get out.”
As far as technique goes, Paul revealed he will be more cautious early in the fight… however, it seems he is betting Tyson will run out of gas as the night progresses.
The two will finally face off at AT&T Stadium on November 15… and Netflix will stream it all.
