A truck in Los Angeles crashed at full speed into an ambulance on Sunday… and the emergency vehicle was holding two patients when the accident happened.
Check out the video obtained by TMZ… traffic is at a complete standstill at this Culver City intersection with the ambulance slowly approaching – when the silver truck appears out of nowhere.
He slams into the side of the ambulance, rocking the vehicle a bit… though he’s strong enough to survive the massive impact.
The truck, on the other hand, didn’t fare so well… with the entire front of the car completely destroyed. This will take a while to come out, we have to say.
Miraculously, the truck driver emerges apparently unharmed… and heads toward the ambulance – possibly to check on the occupants of the other vehicle.
The Culver City Police Department tells TMZ… that the truck driver went to the hospital with minor injuries. They also said two patients were in the ambulance when the cars collided and that they also had to be treated for minor injuries.
Police closed off the streets to conduct a full investigation, we’re told… but no arrests were made at the time.
Fortunately, no one had to call an ambulance… or, should we say, another ambulance.
