Justin Timberlake has already pleaded guilty to driving while impaired… and apparently that’s it — because the public probably won’t see the footage of his arrest.
TMZ filed a public records request for body camera footage of Justin’s police stop and subsequent arrest on Tuesday, June 18 … but instead of receiving the footage, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office told us it wouldn’t be released because the parties agreed to confinement.
It appears that JT’s team and the prosecutors mutually agreed to seal the video…preventing anyone outside of the prosecutors and Timberlake’s team from accessing it.

As we told you… JT pleaded guilty last week in a Sag Harbor court for driving while impaired — a minor traffic violation — and will perform 25 hours of community service and deliver a PSA warning people about drinking and driving.
Timberlake, speaking in court and later to the media, said he fell far short of his own standard … and vowed to do his part to end drinking and driving.

Of course, Timberlake was arrested in June, when police said he ran a stop sign and then swerved across the road as he left The American Hotel after a night out with friends.

Some notable moments reportedly occurred during the police stop… with the arresting officer apparently having no idea who JT was, and Timberlake expressing concern that the arrest could ruin the outing.
It looks like people won’t get a chance to see the clip with their own eyes… unless the gag order is lifted.
