A ruling in Georgia ruled Wednesday that Kim Zolciak and her daughter Brielle Biermann must hand over the keys to their 2019 Land Rover amid their family’s growing financial problems, Page Six can claim.
According to a turnover order we obtained, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum and her influencer daughter were to “turn over” the vehicle to the Sheriff Marshal or other law enforcement authorities or inform law enforcement of its actual location so they could regain possession of it.
It is unclear whether this alternation has ever occurred. A representative for Zolciak and Biermann declined to comment.
The latest court ruling comes three months after Ally Bank, which was Land Rover’s creditor, sued the Fact Stars over unpaid car payments in December 2023.
The plaintiff alleged in a complaint obtained by Page Six that Zolciak, 45, and Biermann, 27, owed the bank $83,969.35 as of May 31, 2023.
“Ally is entitled to foreclose on its security interests in the vehicle and is also entitled to a court-ordered possession of the vehicle,” its lawyers argued in court documents.
Now that a judge has sided with Ally Bank, Page Six reached out to its attorney for a statement on the ruling but did not immediately hear back.
Meanwhile, Zolciak and Biermann seem carefree as the mother-daughter duo shared sexy selfies of themselves via their Instagram Stories on Thursday and Friday mornings.
Regardless of what they show on social media, it has become obvious that the former “Don’t Be Tardy” stars are drowning in debt with ongoing lawsuits amid Zolciak’s controversial divorce from Kroy Biermann.
Brielle, meanwhile, was also sued by American Express last August for failing to pay $12,870.25 on her credit card bill.
However, Zolciak faces much more critical monetary pressure.
The “Tardy for the Event” singer and her ex-husband owe the IRS more than $1 million in taxes and more than $230,000 in a lawsuit filed last fall.
Kroy, 38, was also sued individually for failing to receive car payments on his $400,000 Rolls Royce.

The retired linebacker — who was demoted from the Buffalo Bills in 2016 — blamed his family’s ATMs for his ex-wife’s alleged gambling habit.
He once told police — who visited the marital home following a domestic dispute — that Zolciak allegedly gambled away $1.5 million “illegally” online throughout their marriage.
The former “housewife” is now apparently doing everything she can to alleviate some of the financial pressure on her family.
Zolciak recently purchased her skin care line and has been trying to sell her and her family’s personal belongings online for income. Page Six reported just earlier this week that she is working on creating her own reality show.
She and Kroy are also trying to sell their mansion in Georgia because it faces foreclosure. The former couple reduced the value of the property by $6 million last December in an attempt to negotiate a sale.
However, Zolciak’s divorce and custody battle with Kroy confirmed and added to the debt even further, as it was revealed earlier this month that the exes were expected to pay $5,000 for a parental health evaluator.
They share four children: Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, 10.
Kroy adopted Brielle and Arianna Biermann, 22 — who are Zolciak’s oldest daughters from previous relationships — but because they are adults, they do not appear to be involved in the custody dispute.
