Federal law enforcement sources tell TMZ … all of the jet charter companies Diddy has used will receive subpoenas. We’re told the feds want to see all the flight manifests to see who was on Diddy’s chartered jets and where the planes went.
The manifesto is critical… it will allow federal agents to contact passengers and interview them. They’ll be particularly interested if some of the people who filed lawsuits against Diddy were on those planes.
The feds will be keeping an eye on everyone on those aircraft — not just the alleged victims — because they could be witnesses who support or dispute the allegations.
Short story… many people who flew with Diddy will be interviewed… and this will no doubt include countless celebrities.
This is just one element of the federal investigation. As you know, the feds research carried out Monday and seized a variety of items from Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami. We were told their focus was electronic equipment. We’re told the feds have already interviewed several people linked to the lawsuits filed against Diddy.
As for whether the investigation will lead to charges against the rap mogul, that decision, we’re told, will take time… because of the scope of the investigation.
Diddy denied all wrongdoing.
