The couple recently welcomed their first child, Daily Mail reported on March 26. In photos published by the vehicle, the couple is photographed waking up in Los Angeles, with Pattinson pushing a pink stroller. The 37-year-old actor was hooded and wore sunglasses while Waterhouse, 32, was also dressed casually.
ET has reached out to representatives for Waterhouse and Pattinson for comment.
The baby’s arrival takes place three months later People reported on December 21, citing sources, that the couple is engaged. The source told the channel that “they both want to get married” and that “it’s important to them.”
Although the notoriously private couple has been together for several years, they have only given fans a few hints into their relationship.
Pattinson and Waterhouse were first linked in 2018, a year after their first broke off his engagement for FKA branchesand the latter’s on-and-off romance with Diego Luna ended.
Since then, the couple has celebrated birthdays together and been spotted showing off some PDA. Now, with the arrival of their baby, the couple enters a new chapter as first-time parents.

Pattinson and Waterhouse’s relationship began in late spring/early summer 2018. The pair were first spotted getting cozy in July, prompting a source to tell Us weekly that the actor and the model had been dating “for months”.
“(They) have known each other and been close for a long time,” the source told the outlet, before noting that they “definitely have a love of music in common” as “they are both really nice, nice, normal people.”
About that July sighting, AND! News published photos of the couple kissing during a movie night in London.
The sightings only increased from there, as Pattinson and Waterhouse were seen on another date night in London in October, and celebrating Christmas together at the party a few months later.
January 2019
The pair started 2019 on a happy note, celebrating Waterhouse’s 27th birthday in London with other celebrities including Liv Tyler, Georgia May Jagger, Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson, according to She.
The couple ended the month with some PDA as they were spotted holding hands during a walk, photos obtained by People Show.
April 2019
While talking to Sunday timesPattinson addressed his relationship for the first time, or rather, explained why he would not go address.
“If you let people in, it devalues what love is,” he explained. “If a stranger on the street asked you about your relationship, you would find it extremely rude. If you put up a wall, everything will be better.”
“I can’t understand how someone can walk down the street holding hands, and it’s the same thing when I do that and a hundred people are taking your picture,” Pattinson added. “The line between when you’re performing and when you’re not will eventually blur and you’ll go completely crazy.”

The month after Pattinson celebrated his 33rd birthday with Waterhouse by their side, the couple it went out for a double date with another famous couple – Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn.
ET confirmed the quartet’s departure, while Us weekly reported that the night out took place at the San Vicente Bungalows in Hollywood, with an eyewitness noting that they laughed and talked all night.
Around the same time, multiple outlets reported that the couple kept in touch via FaceTime when they were not physically together.

The couple became Instagram official when photographer Sofia Malamute shared a photo of the couple on her Instagram account.
In the beautiful photo, a smiling Waterhouse sits on Pattinson’s lap and hugs him.
2020
In a cover story for HQ, Pattinson revealed that he was living in London with Waterhouse amid quarantine. Then in September, cameras I caught the couple kissing in a London park.
The following month, a source gave AND! News an update on Pattinson and Waterhouse’s relationship.
“Rob and Suki have definitely discussed engagement, but are in no rush. Suki is not pressuring him and they are both very committed to each other,” the source told the outlet. “(They) are still dating and going strong. They are a great match. They have both spent time together in the UK over the last year and their relationship is stronger than ever.”
This appeared to be true the following month, when The Daily Mail spotted the couple taking a walk in London with Pattinson’s parents.

The couple remained silent throughout 2021, but at the beginning of the following year, Pattinson shared a funny story about your girlfriend in an interview with HQ.
“The (boiler repairman) showed up the other day and started randomly talking about how he’s a DC fan,” Batman star said. “And I’m sitting there facing the other direction, and my girlfriend continues the conversation with him. And I’m looking at her like: Shut up! Why are you doing this to me? She was really amused. Just talking to an obsessive fan.”
Pattinson also talked about his relationship during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel liverevealing how Waterhouse reacted to seeing her performance in Batman.
“It was really her reaction that changed everything, because I’m sure she doesn’t normally like watching superhero movies,” he said. “And just seeing that was getting her attention the whole time and then she held my hand and touched (her face) and I could feel a little tear.

The couple took the next step in their relationship by purchasing a home together in California, Dirt reported. The pair bought the Spanish-style home in the Hollywood Hills for $5.3 million.
In the same month as the big purchase, Waterhouse spoke about their relationship for the first time in an interview with Sunday timesrevealing that she and Pattinson have never spent more than two months apart.

After being spotted with what appeared to be a baby bump on several occasions, Waterhouse confirmed she was pregnant during a performance in Mexico. “I’m wearing something sparkly today because I thought it might distract you from something else that’s going on,” she told the crowd while pointing to her belly. “I’m not sure it’s working.”
“Suki Waterhouse and Rob Pattinson are expecting their first child together,” a source tells ET. “She is so happy, excited and grateful for this experience. Suki and Rob are adorable together.”

Following the happy news of their child on the way, a source confirmed to ET in December 2023 that the couple was engaged and planning to tie the knot – after Waterhouse was caught with a large diamond on her left ring finger.
“They are incredibly happy and excited about their future together as a couple and family,” the source added.
