In Tuesday’s new time slot, tensions over what to do with the former couple’s shared home continued to simmer, before another incident involving their dog Mya took Ariana’s anger to a whole new level.
At the beginning of the episode, Tom stated that his lawyers made an offer to buy Madix’s house at “prime market value”, but the letter was not recognized by Ariana and her team. Sandoval’s friend, Billie Lee, told him to go “knock on her fucking door” in the hallway and ask, but he continued to respect the agreement to speak only to his assistant, Ann.

Although Kent and Sandoval ended up in a pretty good place, Ariana wasn’t too happy to hear about it when she sat down with Lala at a sandwich tasting for her not-yet-open One Things About Her store. She told Mya’s side of the story when explaining why she wasn’t home when Lala met with Sandoval at home earlier in the day.
“The reason I wasn’t at my house is because I was at the emergency vet because he was so incredibly irresponsible with my dog that she needed to have an endoscopy,” she stated. “He came into my room yesterday. I had a basket of food on my nightstand from the night before. Not only did he let Mya in there, but he locked her in there for hours.
“She ate chicken satay picket skewers,” said Madix, who explained that something like that could “really kill” the dog. “So I stayed home for 30 seconds before rushing her to the vet. They did X-rays. The bill is $6,000.”
In a confessional, Ariana said this was just one more thing to add to the “laundry list at this point because my ex can’t be trusted to have good judgment about something.”
She went on to tell Lala that she wasn’t anywhere to have any kind of conversation with Sandoval in person “this isn’t really me slitting your throat right now and getting arrested.” She added, “This isn’t the first time he’s given zero fucks when it comes to actually being what I think my kids are.”

The big episode ended with a final night off for the entire cast, which Sandoval confirmed along with his potential new love interest, one of Billie’s friends named Tii. At one point, Tii was left at the bar with Scheana Shay and Ariana – where Madix took the opportunity to slam Sandoval in her face.
First, she asked Tii how old she was, with the young girl saying she was 25.
