The Duke and Duchess of Sussex told TMZ… “We wish Kate and her family health and healing, and hope they can do so privately and in peace.”

As we reported… Meg and Harry were rolling around Los Angeles on Thursday night at an art exhibition – and there was no indication that Kate’s news was on their radar. It’s unclear whether they were aware of her diagnosis or not, but in any case… they’re sending their regards.
Of course, Harry flew to London last month to see his father amid his own cancer diagnosis — but then again, we have no idea what King Charles knew about Kate’s situation… and what, if anything, might have been conveyed to Harry at that moment. Your trip was very quick.
Needless to say… Harry and Will’s relationship has been fractured over the last few years – especially after PH and MM left the royal family to pursue their lives here in California.
Still, this kind of development trumps all that… and that’s reflected in H&M’s statement.
Kate also asked for privacy during her announcement – saying that she and William are navigating this journey as gently as possible… especially with their children in mind.
The Princess of Wales has not revealed what type of cancer she is battling, but says she is getting stronger every day – which was evident in the video TMZ obtained of her.
