Jake Gyllenhaal was the man of the moment at the New York premiere of his new film, “Road House”, posing for a series of photos with his co-star – none other than the UFC legend Conor McGregor!
Jake appeared on the red carpet for the first time with his model girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu at Manhattan’s Lincoln Center on Tuesday night — and they were both total knockouts. The actor looked super dapper in his black suit and tie, while Jeanne was the epitome of glamor in her long dark dress.
A gaggle of still photographers snapped photos of the smiling couple surrounded by bright blue neon signs that read, “Road House.”
At one point the couple joined Jake’s parents Stephen It is Naomiand all four mugged on camera.
But the real treat was when Conor showed up and shared the room with Jake for their little photo shoot. The supporting actors stood side by side, shaking hands, raising their dukes and laughing and joking with each other.
Afterwards everyone went into the cinema to enjoy the film, which was a remake of the famous 1989 bar fight drama starring the late Patrick SwayzeWho died of pancreatic cancer in 2009.
Jake took on the iconic role of Swayze, tough guy protagonist Elwood Dalton, while Conor played the hired villain named Knox. Post Malone also had a cameo appearance as a character named Carter.
It looks like this reboot packs a big punch!
