Kathy Hilton is being criticized online for not taking Sutton Stracke’s latest health scare seriously.
Throughout the third half of “The Actual Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 13 reunion, Stracke, 52, suffered a medical emergency that left her shaking with hypertension shortly after Hilton made a shocked expression.
During Wednesday’s episode, Hilton, 65, downplayed her former co-star’s emergence as a “hot flash” and was seen scrolling through her phone while having a casual conversation with Erika Jayne about how she “got no pleasure” from the holiday season.
Additionally, when Stracke said she was “scared,” Hilton mockingly asked why.
Hilton also joked that the Sutton Idea creator pretended to be sick because Sutton knew Hilton “was about to go after her.”
“I was about to (go after her). I believe she knew that. It’s a great way to stop being here,” Hilton laughed.
Followers were disgusted by Hilton’s lack of empathy, with one tweeting on X: “KATHY IS WILD ABOUT THIS! Like, what exactly… Did she just drag Sutton away while she’s having a panic attack and then proceed to have a casual chat with Erika about the vacation and respond to some messages?
“It’s impolite and indifferent. Erika doesn’t care about anyone but herself,” another complained, with a third viewer labeling her response “disgusting and heartless.”
“So she controlled her blood pressure and pulse to the harmful level. Man she is amazing,” another person sarcastically commented.
Stracke was evaluated by paramedics on set before being taken to hospital. “I ended up going to the emergency room with one of my best friends, Garcelle (Beauvais),” she told Page Six this week.

Her analysis, she revealed, was exhaustion and dehydration. “I was working a lot between New York and Los Angeles, back and forth, working on my new company, Sutton Brands,” she explained.
She was also fending off a “severe case of bronchitis,” which affected her life for weeks.
“I was actually inactive for about 10 days. I had to end my life, which would be very difficult for me,” the businessman told Page Six. “And it took me about six weeks to feel one hundred percent again.”
And although Hilton didn’t seem to care about Stracke’s medical emergency on camera, Stracke told Page Six a very different story.
“We are excellent associates. Kathy said, ‘What’s going on?’ Kathy was calling me after I left the emergency room that night to see how I was doing.
“The entire cast was checked on me, not just in the future, but for several days.”
At the end of Wednesday’s episode, Bravo assured fans that Stracke is fine. “After a short stint in the emergency room, Sutton is back home and making a full recovery with her dog and Avi by her side,” the on-screen update read.
