Kyle Richards’ list of potential suitors includes “women and men.”
During an appearance on “Let’s Argue Off-Camera with Kelly Ripa” on Wednesday, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star admitted that she had “random people” of both sexes sliding into her DMs following her split from Mauricio Umansky .
“I have women and men messaging me now, which is really funny,” Richards told Ripa, noting that “it didn’t happen that way.”
However, the Bravolebrity, 55, said there hasn’t been any big celebrity coming out of nowhere to take an interest in her specifically.
Despite being single, Richards explained that it has been “difficult to wrap my head around” the idea of a relationship again after being with Umanksy, 53, for almost 30 years.
“Of course I thought about it and my friends make all kinds of jokes and stuff, you know,” she explained. “I want to say that this day will come anyway because we are separated and we can do whatever we want now. This is the best way.”
When the day comes that Richards is finally able to put herself up for sale, she hopes to find a relationship in person – insisting she’s “not using any dating apps.”
However, Richards did not respond when asked if she and rumored girlfriend Morgan Wade share an “emotional relationship” as she denied being romantically with the country singer.
“What we see on the internet is what people choose to put on the market,” Richards responded, noting that her other female friendships are not scrutinized in the same way.
Richards shot down the rumors claiming that she and Wade were only linked romantically due to the “timing” of her split from Umanksy.

Page Six confirmed in July 2023 that Richards and Umansky had split after 27 years of marriage. The couple share daughters Alexia, 27, Sophia, 24, and Portia, 16, as well as Farrah Brittany, 35 — from the “RHOBH” star’s first marriage.
The estranged couple remained tight-lipped about the reason for their split; however, Richards hinted that this was the result of minor issues on Wednesday’s podcast.
The mother of four became emotional as she explained that, like every couple, the pair swept issues under the rug for years before finally being forced to address them.
“You’ve probably, like me, had issues throughout your marriage that you’ve argued about from time to time and it never goes away,” she explained. “And then it comes up again and then you might have an argument and make up or something and then you go and it just keeps growing.”
Richards said she “reached (her) breaking point” after it became clear that Umansky was not actively “working” on the issues that “were essential” to her.
“You’re not doing the work and those are my needs,” she explained. “I at least need to see the discomfort”
“It sounds like a cliché, but life is too short,” she added.
