The truth is, she admitted that she has some Karen tendencies.
Over one last look at the Reception Manners with Jessie and Lennie Ware podcast, The 20-year-old actress revealed that she leaves anonymous reviews when she’s unhappy with customer service and shared unpleasant experiences she’s had with hospitality and retail employees in which she pulled a “Karen” and left a negative review online.

“I have a fake ID,” Brown told Jessie and Lennie Ware. “Because I feel like it’s important, you know? The thing is this – my whole life is people criticizing me. Then I will return it to you normally.
O Weird FactorThe actress recalled a time when she was staying at a hotel with her fiancé Jake Bongiovi, and a hotel employee apparently demanded payment before the stay ended.
“Once we were at a hotel, the woman was tearing my fiancé apart, like, ‘We have to pay the price or something,’” Brown said. “And I said, ‘Yes, we will, but at the end of our stay. Still, we’ll stay here. And he or she said, ‘Yes, but you can resolve this now.’ And I thought, ‘But I don’t want to’.”
As for what she wrote in her review, Brown said, “It was along the lines of: ‘I really think you want to encourage visitors to complete the payment transaction at the end of their stay.’”

O Enola Holmes the actress went on to say that she recently visited a clothing store, and an older woman who she believed to be a sales associate approached her and asked for a pair of socks.
Brown said he wanted to help the woman, so he found someone who actually worked.
“I said, ‘Excuse me. I want this pattern, but I want it in this size. Can you help me?’” she recalled. “She was so useless.”
“And I was identical to ‘Please? This isn’t even for me,’” she added. “So I left a review.”
When Jessie asked Brown if she was “a Karen,” she jokingly responded with a smile, “Okay, I’m a Karen.”
“I think it’s important to know where you went wrong and (there’s) always room for improvement,” she said.
