In the same Instagram post, she shared where her journey really began and how she found success.

She then admitted that she tried “different recipes” and went to new restaurants that “met my needs.”

Fans worried about how she is losing weight
Now, at first glance, you might not think much about what you want Mykelti said above about her approach to weight loss. A sensible diet while eliminating everything that is not good for you sounds good.
But it’s the mention of a gut health supplement that has some fans worried.
Mykelti’s mother and her mother’s close friend, Janelle Brown, work as salespeople at Plexus Worldwide, a dietary supplement company best known for its “pink drinks” — like Plexus Slim Hunger Control or Plexus Slim Microbiome Activating.
The point is, Plexus has often been considered a pyramid scheme.
To clarify, we don’t know for sure if Mykelki is also being paid by this company to promote various products.
But she he does often promote supplements on social media, even though they have not been approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
We read the official Plexus website and the apparent multi-level marketing plan is basically spelled out for all to see as it tells potential sellers:
Introduce the people you love to the products you love—because they’re just too good to keep to yourself. Change someone’s life with a great product, and change your own life with the opportunity to increase your income, earn amazing rewards, and find personal fulfillment.
Love. Share. Become an Ambassador.
Strange and questionable, don’t you think?
We just hope she’s doing it in a responsible and healthy way.
