Israel attacked eastern Lebanon today, killing a local commander Hezbollah lose his life, according to a source close to the Lebanese organization.
At the same time, the Israeli army confirmed that it had killed a Hezbollah operative.
The source close to Hezbollah told AFP that Mohammad Qassem al-Sayer, commander of the Radwan Force, was hit while riding a motorcycle in the Bekaa. The organization itself announced al-Shaer’s death by “Israeli fire”, without specifying that he was its military commander.

The Israeli military statement said the Air Force “killed terrorist Mohammad Qassem Al Shaer in the Qaraun area,” confirming that he was the commander of the Radwan Force.
In addition, the Lebanese Health Ministry reported that nine people were slightly injured in an attack by the “Israeli enemy” on a building in the city of Nabatieh, and another attack in the east injured one person.
