The suspect accused of murdering four people at a Georgia high school this week received the gun used in the mass shooting as a Christmas present from his father … just 7 months after the FBI investigated his alleged gun threats.
Alleged shooter Gray Foalfather of, Colin Graywas arrested Thursday in connection with Wednesday’s shooting at Apalachee High School, in which Colt is accused of shooting down two students and two teachers.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation says the father faces four counts of manslaughter, two counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to children.
The father told investigators this week that he purchased the AR-15-style weapon used in the school shooting as a Christmas present for his son in December 2023 … according to multiple reports.

The timeline here is interesting… because it places the purchase about 7 months after the FBI threats investigated allegedly made by Colt, then 13, via Discord.
The FBI says the threats involved a future school shooting and included photos of guns … though there were no details on when or where a possible shooting would take place.

The feds say they forwarded the threats to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office … and deputies visited Colin and Colt’s home to interview them.
Colt denied making the threats…and Colin told officers that Colt did not have “unsupervised access” to the guns they had at home.
