Armed officers are also seen in the video, but police have not confirmed whether they have narrowed their investigation into the triple homicide suspect to that area.
Clifford, 26, served a year in the British army.
The victims
Carol Hunt, 61, wife of BBC motor racing commentator John Hunt, and her two daughters, aged 28 and 25, were the three women murdered by Clifford at their home.
The three women were found seriously injured at a house in Passey, near Watford.
Shortly after, they succumbed to their injuries, before they could even be taken to hospitals, although ambulances arrived immediately at the scene.
