From today, Tuesday, June 11th, requests for extrajudicial correction of initial records provided for in the procedure of article 6, § 4 of Law 2,664/1998, are submitted electronically to the Hellinikon registry offices and branches. Land Registry.
In particular, the new online service concerns corrections where the right recorded in the original records has been transferred, altered, abolished or encumbered as a result of a legal action, judicial decision or other procedural act before the date of registration of the original records and the relevant document has been registered in the books of the relevant mortgage office.
In this way, the deeds registered in the mortgage register relating to the transfer of property rights prior to the initial registrations and all accessory rights that exist in the mortgage register books, but which were not included in the original land registers, are transferred to the registration data in this way.
The application is addressed to citizens, lawyers, notaries and bailiffs for acts that are entitled to electronic submission and is available through the digital services of the Hellenic Land Registry www.ktimatologio.gr It is gov.gr.
It is another service from the Hellenic Land Registry that is provided digitally, further reducing the volume of transactions and waiting time, making life easier for citizens and professionals. All Hellenic Land Registry services, except those related to geometric data corrections, are now available in digital format.
Online application information
When submitting the request pursuant to article 6, § 4 of Law 2,664/1998, the applicant selects and fills in specific fields on an electronic form relating to:
1. The real estate to which the requested correction refers.
2. Details of the beneficiary of the registrable right for whom registration of the deed is requested.
3. The details of the registrable deed and the document it contains.
4. The details of the transfer on the books of the relevant mortgage office.
5. The Electronic Diagram Code (EDI) of the topographic diagram attached to the registered deed or any diagram of geometric changes, when the registered deed involves geometric changes.
The applicant then attaches the document containing the deed to be registered, the summary, the transcription certificate, excerpts from the cadastral maps, and other accompanying documents in digital format as prescribed by current legislation.
