Angie Harmon is devastated after her canine, Oliver, was shot and killed by a delivery man over Easter weekend.
The actress shared the heartbreaking information on Instagram on Monday … claiming that an InstaCart employee shot the beloved pup after delivering groceries to her home in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Angie says the incident wasn’t captured on security camera because she was being accused at the time of capture. The 51-year-old star claims the source knew the camera wasn’t practical and that’s when he moved to shoot the dog.
No charges were filed against the alleged shooter… Angie says the delivery man claimed self-defense when he spoke to police. Angie says this is bullshit, adding, “He didn’t get a scratch, he didn’t get chewed on, his pants weren’t torn.”
According to her account, the delivery man admitted to the crime – which Angie says happened while her children were at home, saying: “We are completely traumatized and devastated by the loss of our beloved son and family member.”
Angie criticized the person on her Instagram Story, calling their actions despicable and inexcusable. She also highlighted his InstaCart profile, which shows him using the name Merle.
InstaCart has since responded to Angie’s allegations, telling TMZ… “We were deeply saddened and disturbed to hear about this incident. We do not tolerate any form of violence.”
The spokesperson confirmed that the offering was immediately suspended from its platform… and said it is cooperating with law enforcement in their investigation.
