Chance Perdomothe star of Prime’s superhero series Generation V, died, ET can confirm. He was 27 years old.
“On behalf of the family and their representatives, it is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Chance Perdomo’s untimely passing as a result of a motorcycle accident,” a representative for the late actor told ET. “His passion for the arts and his insatiable appetite for life were felt by all who knew him, and his affection will continue in those he loved most. We ask that you respect the family’s desire for privacy as they grieve the loss of their loved one. son and brother.”
It is not known at this time when or where the fatal accident occurred.
“All the Generation V the family is devastated by the sudden passing of Chance Perdomo,” a spokesperson for Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television said in a statement to ET. “Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television extend our sincere thoughts and support to Chance’s family and everyone who loved him at this difficult time.”
ET has learned that production on the second season of Generation V will be pushed after Perdomo’s untimely death.
Perdomo starred alongside Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway and Maddie Phillips in the superhero series created by Craig Rosenberg, Evan Goldberg and Eric Krpke. Generation V is a spin-off of Prime The boys.
