Sister has been keeping this life update a secret! According to the agency, she and her husband, Josh Bowlingnow resides in Minnesota – the twins’ home state.
For context, Abby and her sister Brittany are still united and reportedly work as fifth grade educators.

According to photos posted on Facebook, per TODAY, Abby, her husband and her conjoined sister-in-law enjoy outings like “nature walks, ice cream and snow tubing.”
However, additional details about Abby’s lifestyle as a married woman physically linked to Brittany are unknown. Husband Josh allegedly said TMZ who want to “keep everything private” and will not “do interviews”.

The 34-year-old twins first gained fame after appearing on ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ in 1996.
In the documentary ‘Together for Life’ released in 2003, their mother Patty Hensel said that Brittany and Abby wanted to be mothers one day. She confirmed that the twins were capable of conceiving.
She stated, “This is probably something that could work because these organs work for them.”
As teenager Brittany shared, “Yes, we will be mothers. We still haven’t thought about how being a mother will work. But we’re only 16 – we don’t need to think about that now.”
Abby and Brittany are attached to the dicephalus twins. They have two spines, which come together at the pelvis, meaning they share all of their organs below the waist. They also share a bloodstream. Abby reportedly controls the right arm and leg, while Brittany controls the left limbs.
His health diagnosis is reportedly the rarest of its kind. It occurs after a fertilized egg fails to separate completely in the uterus. According to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, 70 percent of conjoined twins are female. However, this only occurs once in every 50,000 to 60,000 births and most conjoined twins are typically stillborn.
Their parents, Patty, a registered nurse, and Mike, a carpenter, decided not to separate them after their birth in 1990. At the time, the procedure was considered extremely risky. Doctors said there was a small chance both girls would survive the surgery.
Years after their stint on Oprah, the Hensels secured a reality show in 2012 with TLC that depicted their daily lives. The series showed the girls driving, riding motorcycles and traveling. Additionally, the twins graduated from college together, so Today’s program.

Abby and Brittany have been keeping a low profile since the show ended, which is why news of Abby’s wedding took over social media this week.
