black Kodak is facing a lawsuit from a high-end limo service, accusing it of owing a whopping $600,000 in unpaid fees…but the “Zeze” rapper blames the company for nodding off at the wheel!!!
Kodak was sued this week by I&D Concierge — the limo company KB used from 2018 to 2024 — for allegedly missing hundreds of hours of driving services.

But Kodak’s lawyer Bradford Cohen is hitting back at the lawsuit, telling TMZ Hip Hop … R&D made the most of its client when he was going through a rough patch and capitalized on the situation.
Kodak would call R&D for a vehicle, which would arrive an hour later, but sometimes he needed to get somewhere — like his baby mama’s house — quickly, so he’d order an Uber.
The problem is… he wouldn’t cancel the car service and the R&D driver would arrive at his house and sit there until Kodak returned.
As a result, he was sometimes charged for up to 16 hours and says he often found the driver sleeping in his driveway. It seems strange to wait so long without contacting the customer, but that’s the Kodak story.
Cohen believes the limousine company acted in bad faith.
According to R&D’s books, Kodak racked up a whopping $1.8 million in charges, but its accountant disputed about $600,000 of the charges and ultimately paid R&D $1.2 million, leaving the remaining amount up for debate… probably in court.
We reached out to I&D for their response to Kodak’s claim…no response yet.
