Sabrina Carpenter has a message for all women out there having sex – and it basically amounts to… avoiding unplanned pregnancies if you can.
The singer gave an interview Cosmopolitan this week, and she was asked if she had any sex tips for her readers – most of whom are aimed at women, it seems – and SC was pretty straightforward in what she considers sage advice for young people.
Sabrina says, “I mean, at the end of the day, what I want to say right now is: whatever you do, don’t get pregnant. That’s how I’m living my life. So that’s my sex tip. Be smart. Use protection.”
She goes on to say that there’s a perception that she’s overly sexual — but Sabrina says it’s the opposite… and she’s a lot more thoughtful about sex than some realize.
Sabrina finishes… “But really, my advice is: Do what’s most comfortable for you. You can be curious and ask questions, but a lot of it will just be you learning on your own. So do what you want. It makes you feel feel more comfortable and safe. Boring answer.
Her response here is interesting, especially since Sabrina is dating Barry Keoghan now – who’s been labeled a sex symbol lately… you know, because of his work on ‘Saltburn’.
It appears she and Barry are committing the crime… but using birth control between the sheets. Long live responsible sex!
