Jeremy Roach isn’t planning on letting a dislocated finger get in the way of his Sweet Sixteen show on Friday… the Duke Hoops star said TMZ Sports he will be fine to go against Houston!
ICYMI, the senior guard injured his pinky finger during the Blue Devils’ NCAA Tournament win over James Madison on Sunday.
Even though it looked very painful, luckily it wasn’t broken… and according to Roach, he won’t be too limited by the crushed finger when Duke faces the Cougars.
“It’s still pretty sore right now,” Roach said, “but it won’t affect me on Friday.”
This is music to all Duke fans’ ears…as Roach has been the Blue Devils’ key player this season. So far, he is averaging 14 points, 3.3 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game!
The success, of course, helped Roach land some NIL deals… including one with a pest control brand Attack (get it, Roach?!) … that your mother loves.

“Keeping the last name alive and well is a big moment,” Roach said. “My mom said, ‘This is the best NIL you’ve ever done.’ They are very happy!”
Let’s see if Roach – and his injured finger – can show up on the court this Friday and lead Duke to the Elite Eight.
