SPOILER ALERT: Do not read ahead if you have not watched Season 11, Episode 4 of “The Masked Singer,” “TV Theme Night,” which aired March 27 on Fox.
“”Billy Bush” host will no longer get another chance on “The Masked Singer.” The entertainment magazine anchor and former morning radio host was the next celebrity to be unmasked on Wednesday’s “TV Theme Night” version of “The Masked Singer.”
“I’m not an amazing singer,” Bush said. “If you can’t do it with your lips, do it with your hips. If you’ve never done something that’s a little scary – and this is scary – say yes!
For Bush, none of the speakers got it right. Robin Thicke guessed Anderson Cooper. Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg chose Seth Meyers. Ken Jeong chose Ryan Seacrest. New speaker Rita Ora mentioned that she was Andy Cohen.
Lizard (for the second week in a row) and Sir Lion were the two lowest votes of the night, and they went head to head in the showdown – both singing the Who’s “Who Are You” (which is also the “Masked Singer” theme). Sir Lion was eliminated, leaving Lizard, Poodle Moth and Clock to return for the next round.

Panel Assumptions: Stephanie Mills, Debbie Allen, Janet Jackson
Tip: Jill Whelan from “The Love Boat”. “Love and boat, two issues that mix to be successful. One thing I know firsthand.
Package voiceover: “I had so much fun singing at Billy Joel night. And I’m making every second depend on the stage. In my life, I have had a good proportion of ups and downs. Identical to any good TV collection, I laughed and cried. And thank God, I have always been renewed. However, I feel like it’s my constructive perspective that sustains me from season to season. When I ran out of money, I appreciated the free questions in life. When my car wouldn’t start, what a wonderful day for a drive. And although my marriages didn’t work out, some good came out of those relationships. My lovely young people. I realized that there will always be good and bad times. And now, let’s enjoy the good times until the Group C final.”
Previous song: “Piano Man” by Billy Joel

Package voiceover: “I was quite scared to do this last presentation. It’s not always easy to put myself on the market. In my life, I was raised to know one thing: sometimes the ones you care about most leave. Not much like a letter. My father left a gap in my heart that I never filled. I would send him letters that were always returned to sender. With every return stamp breaking my heart. If that person whose sole job is to like you can’t do it, who will? Until the near future, I have made the decision to write a letter – to myself. I wanted to thank you for being able to be valued, in the way I deserved. I learned to use my skills to help other children who are looking for solutions. Identical to what it used to be. I’m writing my own story and tonight I chose a TV theme song that refreshes my memory of the wonder that is yet to come. Because there is still a lot unwritten.”
Previous song: “Just the Way You Are” by Billy Joel
Previous panel assumptions: Trisha Yearwood, Wynonna Judd, Rita Wilson
Lizard
Music: “Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?” by Larry Marks

Tip: Scooby Doo.” “A dog really helped me reach an even bigger audience.”
Package voiceover: “I actually turned up the volume last time. That confrontation made my heart race. Now, being here on Theme Night TV has taken me back to the beginning. As a little lizard, I liked cartoons so much that I spent all my days drawing them. I did so well that I got my dream job at a big animation studio. Yes, the mouse was chasing this rather exhausting lizard. It was an incredible alternative. And my father begged me to accept it. But deep down I knew I wanted to be an artist. So I put down my pencil and took the riskier path to stardom. And my father was shaken. But it lit the gas in my fireplace to show him I could do it. And when I finally became one of the most recognizable reptiles on the planet, he was very proud. Now I can’t draw animation, but I certainly draw in crowds. And tonight, I’m singing a song from a basic cartoon. Let’s Scooby-Doo that factor.”
Previous song: “Lady from Uptown” by Billy Joel
Previous panel assumptions: Michael Bivins, Ricky Bell, Ronnie DeVoe, Ralph Tresvant, Ray J
Mr. Leo (WICKED)
Music: “Love and Marriage” by Frank Sinatra
Panel Assumptions: Anderson Cooper, Ryan Seacrest, Andy Cohen
Tip: “Co-star” of The Flintstones. “I wasn’t in the cartoon, but I co-starred in a different TV show with Betty Rubble.”
Package voiceover: “Every good TV night wants a twist! So what better role for me to play than the wild card. Just like the king of the jungle, I come from a known pleasure. But in no way did he take it without any consideration. I jumped through hoops to become a leader in Hollywood. Rubbing elbows with everyone from Tom Cruise to Tom Hanks. But in today’s business, the higher you climb, the harder you fall. Luckily, lions are fierce and I landed on my feet no matter what this city throws my way. In Hollywood, success and struggle go together like a horse and carriage. Be able to fall in love with this lion.”
