The judge issued the order on Wednesday… making the 2019 vehicle immediately available for repossession.
The decision comes three months after the bank sued the Bravo celebrities, claiming they were unable to make the $1,903 monthly payments on their car — which was primarily driven by Brielle. But Kim and Brielle were named in the lawsuit, which claimed they owed $83,969.35 on the car.
It’s no secret that the family is facing financial troubles… with several lawsuits currently pending and the IRS pursuing Kim and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann. The couple themselves reduced the price of his Georgia mansion again for a million dollars in January as they tried to dig themselves out of this financial hole.
