Former ‘All That’ cast member Angelique Bates claims she was bullied, assaulted and verbally abused on the set of the hit television show.
The explosion reports that the 43-year-old was embarrassed during filming. Furthermore, she mother was allegedly sexually propositioned by a producer.
In the interview, the actress accused Nickelodeon and Dan Schneider on various forms of maltreatment.
Angelique claimed that the producers were aware of the bullying cases. She shared stories without naming names. Allegedly, “a cast member” often bullied her.
“During rehearsal, one of the cast members (with whom) I was already having problems thought it would be hilarious to throw milk partially at me, even though it wasn’t in the script,” she shared.
Bates continued: “When nothing was done, when it came time to film, another cast member thought it would be even more hilarious to spit the milk directly in my face, even though it wasn’t in the script.”
To defend herself, the comic actress said that “I took my milk and threw it in their faces.”
The show’s producer, Daniel Schneider He immediately became angry and “completely lost control on set.” Angelique claimed he screamed “all kinds of obscenities” for her this “(They were) heard throughout the Nickelodeon studio because the microphones were still on.”
The former child star explained, “So whether you were in the dressing rooms, in the offices, in the hallways, on any of the floors, etc., you heard it over the intercoms and the televisions.”
The guest director that week reportedly heard what happened and asked if Angelique was okay after she ran out of the studio. She claims she’s not sure what happened behind closed doors, but Dan Schneider later came to her dressing room and apologized.
After the incident, the production reportedly wrote a scene in which the cast member who raped Angelique had water repeatedly spat in her face. The actresses’ mother felt they had gone too far and rushed to the set stating: “that was enough and don’t do anything in honor (of Angelique)”.

Her mother defended her and others, which production allegedly didn’t like. Bates claims she faced retaliation after her mother allegedly “refused sexual advances from one of the producers.”
Some media outlets have reported that Angelique’s mother abused her on set, but she vehemently denies these allegations. She firmly stated that the abuse was in the hands of Nickelodeon.
She said The explosion, “I never said that my mother verbally and emotionally abused me during production. It was Nickelodeon that verbally and emotionally abused me.”
