Vicente Young was involved in a wild bar fight last month – which ended after he was punched in the face and apparently knocked unconscious.
The fight – which took place inside Tokyo Joe’s Shot Bar in Houston, Texas, around 9pm on February 4th – was all captured on video, obtained by TMZ Sports.
In the footage, you can see Young – wearing a white hat, black shirt and shorts – and another man begin to argue with other bar patrons… when suddenly, things get physical.
It’s unclear what was said — but the former Heisman Trophy runner-up can be seen shoving several men after they exchanged words. Then, things get violent.
The footage shows a man appearing to slam his drink into another man’s face. Seconds later, the same man can be seen throwing an elbow that connects the flush.
The fight then spills over to the other side of the bar – where more punches are thrown. Just when it seems like things are starting to calm down… Young is hit by a huge haymaker that sends him crashing to the ground.
The former NFL star remained on the ground for a few moments – although he eventually got up.
The Houston Police Department tells us that officers were called to the scene by the bar owner, who claimed he was the one who was hit with the drink and the elbow. Cops say the man told them it started with a conversation about race — and turned physical when he asked customers to leave.
We were told, however, that the man did not want to press charges… and no arrest was made.
We’ve reached out to Young’s reps for comment, but so far no response yet.
