Sean “Diddy” Comes appears to be in BIG trouble with the law.
On Monday, federal agents raided two properties owned by the controversial musician… who has been accused by several alleged victims of sexual assault and sex trafficking.
During the operation, federal Homeland Security investigators executed search warrants ordered by the Southern District of New York at Combs’ Los Angeles residence, as well as a Miami mansion belonging to the music mogul.
Said a representative of a Homeland Security Investigations representative following these actions:
“Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York performed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners.
“We will provide more information as it becomes available.”
Based on a report from TMZ, helicopters flew over the Los Angeles home when police arrived on the scene.
A FOX11 video also showed Diddy’s sons — Justin Combs, 30, and Christian Combs, 25 — handcuffed outside their Beverly Hills home.
It is widely assumed that these inspections are linked to allegations of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms… after tthree lawsuits were filed against the 54-year-old in November.
Since the investigation began, a trio of women and one man have been interviewed in Manhattan about the allegations; while three more interviews have been scheduled, according to NBC News.
The musician denied the allegations in November.
“The allegations involving alleged misconduct against Mr. Combs over 30 years ago and brought forward at the last minute are all completely denied and rejected by him,” a spokesperson for Combs told E! News in response to the onslaught of lawsuits.
“He recognizes this as a way to make money.
“Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for accusers who will falsify the truth, without conscience or consequence, for financial benefit.”
The accusers keep coming, however.
On February 27, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones – a former Combs producer and cameraman – filed a lawsuit in New York federal court alleging that for more than a year, Combs sexually harassed, drugged and threatened he.
He is seeking $30 million in damages.
There’s also Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who dated Diddy on and off for years… and who reached a settlement late last year, a day after filing her own lawsuit against the artist over allegations of rape, sex trafficking and domestic violence.
“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably, on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie said in a Nov. 17 statement. “I want to thank my family, fans and advocates for their unwavering support.”
Combs, for his part, did not cite this agreement as any kind of admission of guilt.
“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Over the past few weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy,” Diddy told People Magazine in December, adding at the time:
“Disgusting allegations were made against me by individuals seeking a quick payment. Let me be absolutely clear:
“I did not do any of the horrible things that are being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and the truth.”
