An escaped prisoner was detained after being located at the Philadephia Planet Fitness.
According to Yahoo! Newsthe man escaped from custody in western Pennsylvania in early December.

Isaiah Robert Tilghman, 33, was stabbed 200 miles west of Philadelphia. FOX Philadelphia reported he was seen on Friday (March 23) at 1800 Black Street of East Schiller Street in the Kensington area. Law officials dived and detained him in the 3300 block of Aramingo Avenue in Phili.

More than a dozen agents were waiting for him to leave outside the gym. Plainclothes officers, marked officers and canine officers surrounded the building, ABC News reports. Tilgham left the premises around 11am and was later handcuffed.
A representative from the US Marshall Service told ABC News, “When he left, there was no way out because we imagined he would run away. He has a history of running away…”
Authorities discovered Isaiah knew someone in the Kensington area and began surveillance. They observed him the day before and the day of his arrest.
How did Isaiah escape from prison?
The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force was assigned to capture 8 escaped prisoners. Isaiah was the last stuck in general.
The fugitive was arrested medicine charges and for violating his probation. Tilghman allegedly used a “homemade rope” to escape from the Blair County Jail on December 3. He managed to steal a red 2011 Ford F-150 after his escape.
Isaiah enjoyed nearly four months of freedom before he was attacked in the gym. Investigators believe he had been hiding in the area for some time.
“This was the result of Fugitive Task Forces in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh working diligently together to capture a dangerous fugitive,” said Robert Clark, a deputy with the U.S. Marshals. “The Marshals Service is unequivocally the best in the business at finding people who don’t want to be found, and this arrest reinforces that fact.”
Isaiah was loaded with escape to avoid apprehension and escape, as well as additional charges relating to your escape. Furthermore, he will be accused of theft of a vehicle.
