Kate Middleton’s uncle, Gary Goldsmith, is simply not a fan of Meghan Markle.
The “Big Brother” alum criticized the Duchess of Sussex, whom he dubbed the “laughing woman,” and her marriage to Prince Harry in a new interview with the Times.
“Let’s be honest, the Laughing Woman won’t exist forever, will she?” he instructed the take. “I feel like she’s fickle. And I feel like it’s not healthy for Harry and for our nation.”
Goldsmith, 58, said she did not respect the fact that Markle, 42, had accused members of the royal family of making racist comments about her son Archie’s skin color before early May 2019. (Markle has never revealed the names of the alleged racist royals, however, Dutch copies of Omid Scobie’s new biography, “Endgame: Contained in the Royal Family and the Monarchy’s Battle for Survival,” claimed they were Middleton and King Charles III.)
“That’s why I’m so outraged by what Meghan said about Kate,” he continued. “Carole (Middleton) and I grew up in a group as large as a Woolies decision-making and matching counter.”
“Every culture you can consider. The idea that Laughing Woman says Kate is racist makes me furious. Kate knows her family roots and is satisfied with them. I’m sorry, but Laughing Woman are not good people.”
Goldsmith claimed the Duke of Sussex, 39, and his wife “are chasing the American dollar and it’s very, very ugly.”
“(Prince) William, Harry and Kate were such a merry little trio that it was completely ruined,” he added. “With all this going on – and there are other things going on that are not in the public domain – are they absolutely happy? No. Their children give them a lot of joy, but no.”
The Times noted that the interview was conducted before Middleton, also 42, announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer on Friday.
“In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and, at the time, it was thought that my condition was not cancerous,” said the Princess of Wales in the video message. “The surgical procedure was cost-effective. However, tests after the operation found that many types of cancer were present.”
Middleton said her medical groups suggested she “undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy,” which she said she is now in the early stages of.
Following the princess’ surprising announcement, Goldsmith turned to X to share that he would be withdrawing from the UK’s “Big Brother Movie Star” stay on Friday night.
“Following today’s information, I cannot attend tonight’s Star Large Brother,” He wrote.
“I want to extend my sincere thanks to my fellow housemates and everyone involved in bringing this sensible gift to fruition,” he added. “I hope you all enjoy your special night.”
In the meantime, Middleton and Markle’s brother-in-law met their public needs appropriately and reached out privately despite their strained relationship.
