Ariana Grande It is Dalton Gomes are officially divorced … something a judge just signed off on this week, TMZ confirmed.
On Tuesday, the pop star’s marriage to Dalton came to an end in the books – with his previously agreed deal taking effect … and making them legally separated, ending their nearly three-year marriage, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
There wasn’t much they needed to do other than wait for this one – it had already been signed, sealed and delivered a while ago… the wheels of bureaucracy just had to come into effect.
As we reported… Ariana filed dissolve their marriage in September 2023, after the former couple separated eight months earlier. About a month later, she and Dalton reached a settlement — one of the quickest celebrity divorces on record. The pair had a prenuptial agreement and had no children.
We broke the story – under the deal, Ariana had to shell out a single payment of $1,250,000 to Dalton and split the sale of her Los Angeles home. She will also pay Dalton $25,000 for his attorneys’ fees.
You may remember… Ariana hooked up with Dalton during COVID in 2020 — and at first, everything was going great. But once COVID restrictions were lifted, their relationship quickly took a turn for the worse when Dalton, a Los Angeles real estate agent, was taken aback by Ariana’s celebrity and other lifestyle changes. Plus, she got busy again as an A-list star.
After they broke up, Ariana started dating the actor Ethan Slater in July 2023 and the couple appears to be still going strong. Dalton himself has also moved on… so there’s that.
