There are now conflicting criminal investigations surrounding Dak Prescott and a Texas woman … as Dallas police begin an investigation into sexual assault allegations made against the Cowboys quarterback.
As we previously reported, Dak filed suit on Monday… alleging that Victoria Shores tried to extort $100 million from him to not go to the police over an alleged encounter that occurred on February 2, 2017.
Prescott and his team stated that Prescott had never engaged in any non-consensual act with anyone in his life… adding that they went to authorities to report Shores’ “criminal actions.”
TMZ Sports confirmed that the Dallas Police Department received a report on Tuesday of an alleged sexual assault outside the XTC Cabaret strip club on February 2, 2017… and the investigation remains ongoing.
Meanwhile, authorities in Prosper, Texas, are investigating Precott’s allegations… and all the back and forth will now occur both criminally and civilly.
Executive Vice President of the Cowboys Stephen Jones briefly addressed Prescott’s status with the team on Thursday … saying the ongoing situation would not affect his current contract negotiations, but did not comment further considering it is a legal matter.
