Chile! Love Faizon has left netizens in a frenzy after presenting what some are calling a controversial viewpoint. The comedic actor took to social media with his thoughts on Diddy and your federal charges involving sex trafficking and extortion.
As previously reported, Sean Combs is being held in pretrial detention at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. Despite having filed a $50 million bail proposal, a judge detained the music mogul for custody on Tuesday, September 17. Then a second judge Combs’ bail appeal denied on Wednesday (September 18). Diddy’s sons Justin Combs, Christian Combs and Quincy Brown are by his side. So is his lawyer, who is hoping Diddy’s trial can begin as soon as possible.

Here’s the question Faizon Love asked about Diddy
Faizon began his video post by asking for “help” from his followers, then suggested that he’s been seeing the conversations surrounding Diddy online. The actor said he understands the “Cassie thing,” likely referring to footage of Combs physically assaulting the singer in 2016 in a hotel hallway. However, when it comes to Diddy’s accusations, the actor said he’s a bit confused.
“But I don’t understand the other sh*t,” Faizon Love said. “Can you guys help me out? When was being nasty a federal crime? And I’m glad you told me, I didn’t know there was a limit on baby oil.”

It’s unclear whether Faizon Love is telling a funny joke with his post — considering the baby oil comment — or if he’s genuinely asking THAT kind of question. He hasn’t offered any further comments on his Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) accounts, but social media users are definitely trashing his comments section (see below) and The Room of Shadows.
While Faizon Love appears to be giving Sean Combs the benefit of the doubt, one artist is clearly distancing herself. Kesha recently took to social media to give a peek at her remixed ‘Tik Tok’ lyrics. Note that the first time she switched up the lyrics was at Coachella in April, and then in May, she confirmed that the change was permanent, by Billboard.
When she first released the song in 2010, the opening lyrics were “Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy.” Now the song says: “Wake up in the morning like, f**k P. Diddy.”
What is the story behind Diddy & Baby oil?
Diddy being affiliated with baby oil is the work of prosecutors’ accusation against the producer. The 14-page document accused Sean Combs of abusing, threatening and coercing women and others throughout his career to satisfy his “sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.”
Additionally, the indictment alleges that Diddy and his employees engaged in, facilitated, or attempted to engage in a long list of crimes. That list includes sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for the purpose of prostitution, coercion and solicitation to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.
Prosecutors also detailed Diddy’s long-rumored “slams.” They were often star-studded parties, amplified by heavy drug use and acts with sex workers. During federal raids on Diddy’s homes in March, investigators reportedly collected more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil, lubricant and weapons as part of their evidence.
