Davina Potratz thinks reality TV may be playing a role in her “Selling Sunset” castmates’ recent marital troubles, and says that’s exactly why she tries not to get too personal on camera.
Our photographer caught up with the famous broker on Wednesday night as she stepped out in Los Angeles to support Cristina Quinn at Catch Steak for a Xerjoff Perfume event… and she told our photographer she’s heartbroken for her former co-worker after Christine’s drama at home.

Remember, Christine recently filed a TRO request against her ex-husband, Christian Dumontetclaiming he became furious when she tried to talk to him about her finances.
Christian denied the DV claims in his own TRO request against Christine.
Of course, Christine isn’t the only ‘Sunset’ alum facing trouble at home – co-star Chelsea Lazkani asked for divorce from her husband of 7 years this week, citing irreconcilable differences.
When asked about Chelsea’s surprise split, Davina pointed the finger at the hit Netflix series, saying: “Being on a show seems to have negative effects.”
And Davina isn’t entirely wrong, as the cast of “Selling Sunset” has faced a lot of hardship over the years.
To remember, Chrishell Stausesurprise to divide husband’s Justin Hartley played in season 3, as well as her separation from the boss Jason Oppenheimwhich aired during season 5.
Similarly, Tyler Stanalandin breakup with actress wife Brittany snow was a major plot point in the ‘Sunset’ spin-off, ‘Selling the OC’.
Still, producers and viewers alike would say that the relationship drama makes for quality TV… although that’s probably cold comfort to the cast members who experience it.
