Earlier this year, Chris Brown shared some stinging words for a man he said was “impersonating him” online. Now, social media users are reacting to the singer’s comment and the man, who appears to be a Breezy lookalike.

Here’s what Breezy said to his lookalike
A man on Instagram with the username @tigomgl recently caught Breezy’s attention. The user’s first active post appears to have been shared in November 2022. Since then, the man, whose name is listed as Tigo Fariah, has amassed over 234,000 followers.
Furthermore, Fariah seems to have sparked so much interest by constantly sharing photos of herself and showing her undeniable physical resemblance to the singer.
It seems that a Photograph which he shared on November 30, 2023, caught Breezy’s attention — so much so that the singer left a comment below the film, criticizing the man for “impersonating” him.
“It’s f**king ridiculous to impersonate me… you look like you’re missing a chromosome. BE MY B***H… YOU COULD NEVER BE ME! SO STOP IT BEFORE I SLAPP YOU IN THE SHIT,” Breezy wrote.
It’s worth noting that Breezy’s comment appears to have been shared 17 weeks ago, sometime in March of this year.
Social media weighs on Chris Brown’s words
Social media users shared mixed reactions to the singer’s sentiments on The Shade Room Comments Section.
Instagram user @sean_mac_ wrote: “It’s ridiculous… but it’s even more ridiculous to bring this up when you’re a superstar… this is going to happen 100 more times… are you going to fight with everyone? It’s 10 thousand Michael Jackson lol 😂 Relax G…”
While Instagram user @j.zmen.xo added, “….This happened 17 weeks ago and for people saying ‘Why is he getting mad!?’ Because he told him to stop a long time ago. This man doesn’t naturally look like this. He’s had work done, he’s got the same tattoos and piercings. He mimics any style CB does. How many times is someone going to tell you to STOP before this becomes a problem!”
Instagram user @bombasslightskinn_ wrote: “It’s never been so serious…”
While Instagram user @briz.brat added, “What was he planning to do, Chris😂”
Instagram user @lalarenay wrote: “I’m with Chris on this one! It’s one thing to just look like someone naturally, but the old boy tried really hard!! Look at the placement of the piercings and tattoos, even the cut and color of his hair. He’s overdoing it! 😂😂”
While Instagram user @jonnaethequeen added, “Chris is forgetting he’s famous and I love it 😂”
Instagram user @hoodoo_butterfly wrote: “All it did was make the guy more famous because I didn’t even know who he was 😩”
The singer recently appeared with his father
According to Capital XtraThis isn’t the first time one of Breezy’s lookalikes has caught the public’s attention. In 2020, an Instagram user with the handle @tysonwuthi drew attention for his resemblance to Brown.
It’s unclear whether Brown has ever come across this man’s profile. However, earlier this month, the singer’s mother shared a photo of him posing alongside someone he previously referred to as his “dark-skinned twin” — his father, Clinton Brown, for The Shadow Room.
In the film, the couple posed side by side as they smiled for the camera.
The rare photo of Brown’s father left fans sharing a plethora of reactions.
