If JJ Watt Wants to show off his new body, one of the best bodybuilders of all time is ready to help… 7x Mr. Olympia Phil Heath account TMZ Sports Activities he would have the Hall of Fame stage ready in 3 months!
“He actually looks really good,” said Heath, 44, adding… “I think he would really do well at the beginner level.”
Not bad praise coming from someone who has won the Olympia seven times in a row (he also came in second in 2010 and 2018).
In fact, Watt, 35, shocked followers earlier this week when he posted a shirtless photo trying insanely SHREDDED!
Needless to say, JJ — a defensive lineman in his former occupation — has always been a premium athlete, but he was listed at nearly 300 pounds. Watt leaned out considerably.
Is the place Watt robust? Weak? We asked Heath.
“I feel like his core looks really good. His core is a powerhouse. His chest is a powerhouse. The truth is, his legs aren’t bad,” Phil instructed us.
“Could he use extra calf growth? Sure, he could definitely use extra calf growth. Could he use extra deltoids? Sure. Could his arms be bigger? A lot of football fans might say, ‘Man, his arms are sick. His arms are big.’”
Heath continued… “This is my sport we’re talking about. You want to have at least 22-inch arms, man, especially someone that tall. So to get him in proportion, he started working that front, side and rear deltoid like crazy.”
Now, it’s possible that JJ, who has made a lot of money both in and out of the industry, doesn’t want to kill himself in the gym (and at the dinner table). However, if he does, here’s what Heath had to say about the guys training together.
“I can have you ready for a beginner’s gift in just 12 weeks, hands down, hands down,” Heath said.
“If he trained with me for 12 weeks and we made sure everything was fine, no accidents, did his blood work, did all this cool stuff, got his vitamins, 12 weeks, I could put him in a beginner stage. And he would be very happy with how he looked. More than happy.”
So, someone ask JJ for a banana hammock, some fake tan and oil… and call Phil!
