Taylor Swift needed help at her Dublin show when she got really high… and we mean that literally because a platform malfunctioned and left her momentarily stuck in the air.
The singer-songwriter was performing her track “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” atop a raised platform at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, which was supposed to have been dismantled… but that didn’t happen and left Taylor looking for a way to escape.
Check out the clip – Taylor sort of stands still before sitting on the edge of the platform and looks like she’s going to risk the jump.
Luckily, one of her dancers – dressed in a matching all-white ensemble – comes to her rescue to take her down… so no risk of twisting an ankle here. And we must say that he does this with a certain flourish that helps soften the error.

It’s certainly a misstep on the “Eras” tour… proving that Taylor’s show isn’t as well-crafted as other artists’ — looking at you, Dave Grohl — you want me to think.
Remember… last week the two played shows in London — and Dave hinted that Taylor didn’t even sing your songs live. Her claims sent some Swifties into a frenzy.
T-Swift will play her third show in Dublin tonight – a place she says inspired his album “Folklore” …she will then head to Amsterdam for a series of shows next weekend.
I hope there are no more mechanical problems that leave it abandoned!
