Clint obviously built up quite the following during his 20 years in that house – it was his first in Los Angeles after he landed his first big TV role in “Rawhide.”
In 1983 he sold the house to his close friend and producer of Eastwood Movies Fritz Manes for US$250 thousand. Fritz lived there until he died in 2011, and his wife remained in the house until she died a few months ago — hence the sale of the property.
The couple saved the place just as Clint had, leaving all their memorabilia and furniture untouched.
Now, the Manes Estate has enlisted Diamond Estates to conduct a unique sale. As for pricing, all objects are currently present in the process evaluation.
If you are in the Los Angeles space, the in person, 3 day sale start now!
