Bam Margerais leaving another legal issue behind…accepting a plea deal before the assault trial begins.
The “Jackass” star pleaded guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct on Wednesday in Pennsylvania. He was charged over an incident last year in which he allegedly beat his brother and threatened to kill his family before fleeing from police.
TMZ has confirmed with the Chester County District Attorney… Bam will spend 6 months on probation – 3 months for each count – and during that time he will be subject to random drug testing.
We spoke with Bam’s team, who told us… Bam took the plea deal because he is very busy at the moment and didn’t want to keep going back to court and paying legal fees.
Your lawyer Michael T. van der Veen adds: “This is basically a noise violation. He didn’t really get anything other than a traffic ticket.”

Cops say the violence started with an argument over Bam peeing in the kitchen sink… and eventually he allegedly threatened to kill Jesse, their father Phil and 2 women in the house before fleeing.
